When I was in college in the early 1970's in North Carolina, I saw a 350 pound guy autocross a Mini on two wheels in every corner. I talked to him after and he said that he could not feel it driving but was always told so. He did say that he felt faster turning to his side of the car (more weight there to hold the thing down). There was the ULTIMATE Mini at a drag strip I visited last summer. It did a 9.7second 1/4 mile...................
