FIAT acronym: There have been two somewhat humerous responses, but no cigar(s).

ALFA acronym: What are the real words from which ALFA was derived ??

Double points awarded for two correct answers.

FIAT = Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino

ALFA = Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili

P.S.: Do you know that FIAT is actually a real acronym? Go to the head of the class if you know from what words this was derived.
