Fiberglass body ?
Which passenger (right) side indicator bulbs are not working correctly, front or back, or both ?
There is the possibility that the turn indicator switch is not working properly.
If both the right front and right rear bulbs are not illuminating well, then it might be the turn indicator switch.

What voltage do you measure at the "bad" bulb receptacles ?

With a jumper wire, connect full battery voltage to the bulb receptacles that are not working well. Also, run a new ground jumper wire from the battery to the receptacle housings.
