1500 tickover

My 1500 tickover is realy lumpy, if i dont keep the revs up in town it can start kangaroo-ing. this is a link to my facebook page so you can see/hear it.

Help guys this is doing my head in. someone said if it has a high lift cam it will be like this. Is this so?
How do i tell if its a high lift cam.
