This is the negative battery lead that goes to the battery (in this case positive is ground). It wedges into an offset hole on the battery cable "cap". (see photo)

This is the negative battery lead "cap". I was told that it should say "Lucas" on top but it has been pounded out by trying to get a tighter fit to the battery. The negative (-) mark is still there. I should be able to clean this up good enough to reuse.

The wiring harness is in great shape except for the cloth covering that is falling apart. All the bullet connectors and sockets are perfect as is the insulation.

There are no connectors on the red-red/white wires, they go to the dash on/off switch that has two screw type connectors on it. I'll get a photo of it.

The lead wire and the starter wire are both in good condition. Even the little insulator boots are still good, although they may not be original.

For those who need to know how to wire the dip switch. I know I'll be looking at this photo when the time comes :)
And what's with the snap fastener? I know that carpet has snaps, don't know if the rubber mats did. Maybe this did have carpet in the footwells? May have been added later (?).
